Required Skills and Abilities

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and control system engineering or a related field.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Instrumentation & Control design activities for CAPEX projects
• • Develop complete basic engineering design packages, including:
- Control philosophies and system architectures
- Instrumentation design and specifications
- Control system deliverables (BPCS, SIS, FGDS)
- Cost estimation (±10%)
• • Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, IT, and EPC contractors
• • Ensure compliance with international standards and company procedures
• • Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and safety reviews
• • Review vendor packages, control system designs, and detailed engineering deliverables
• • Support commissioning, loop checks, SAT/FAT, and startup activities
